Things in a random teacher's classroom... (Wednesday)
It is now day three and I am getting restless and distracted. Today, during a bathroom break, I decided to go on a scavenger hunt.
As a teacher, it is always enlightening to check out how other teachers decide to decorate their classrooms. On my search, I found some interesting things.
Does Eagle's Landing still have trailers? If so, you should totally steal those flamingos and put them outside the trailers at ELHS. It's only appropriate.
First: Where is your blog? Second: We can share our writings. Third: We do have trailers, but I am not a thieft. Fourth: I miss you and Will! How are things going?
Well If I walked by a Black Male Teachers room and saw a poster with Roy Rogers on it...I might do a double take...then laugh...and what was that? A wolf's head?? That's pretty kool. The Flamingos? Hmmm..That's for the wet bar in the Teachers lounge...Breaktime will never be the same.-lololol.
Yipes! Keith, this is not my classroom... I have no idea whose class it was, but it was not mine. I am in Texas at a workshop... I think the class belongs to a female, but unsure..
Dusty.. why you laughing at that poor decapitated wolf?
One: It's right there! (check my profile, or amy-laney.blogspot) Two: Yay! Three: Too bad. Four: Will and I miss you, Mr. Kirk! Are you doing theatre next year? If so, keep us updated. Will has been building sets at Gordon, and he consistently amazes me with his creativity and dedication. If you felt like putting his assets to work, he'd probably love the opportunity and you would certainly be pleased with the results. We hope to see you soon!
the first 2 had me CRACKING UP!!! hahahahaha. and whooops i had no idea that was roy rogers. i thought it was john wayne... not my fault! i didn't do cowboy movies even when my dad watched them. lol.
I admit, I like looking at other teachers decorations too. Then, I go back to my room and silently thank the good Lord that I have good taste... I'm adding you to my blog roll!
So, I started a fast....

Interesting.
Yeah, that's the only word that comes to mind. I like the flamingos, but I'm a sucker for pink.
